Life of a Wildcat

Playing basketball at the U of A was a great experience. I gained a lot of friends and i look at a lot of them as family. We were a close group of people and that includes the men's basketball team. I loves that we were sponsored by Nike the most. I think that also made my love for sneaker grow. I had some pretty cool friends. While at Arizona the men's basketball team had some really great players that include Richard Jefferson, Gilbert Arenas, Luke Walton and JT aka Jason Terry to name only a few. I played basketball in Jordan's a lot. Now they are considered retro Jordan's. I cop a few every now and again just to rock because all of my old ones are beaters now. What do you buy? Any memories of hooping in retros? Many say you should not hoop in Jordan's because of the value. Back then you only hooped in them because it was the right thing to do!!

Air Jordan XXX Men's Basketball Shoe

The Jordan XXX is the shoe that the explosive Russell Westbrook is wearing right now in the playoffs. I have heard a lot of mixed reviews on this product. As I look at the reviews on Nike.com I see a lot of negative feedback. I can say these are are built a lot like the XXIX's and I had a similar issues. They lacked ankle support and rubbed the back of my ankle. I am not saying these are a bad shoe because the cushioning was excellent and they were light weight. They were just not for me. However Russell Westbrook is not having any issue with them because he finished off the Dallas Mavericks in the series of 4-1.

LeBron James just finished his sweep of the Detroit Pistons and many think this could be the year the Cavs can finally win a championship now that Steph Curry is down for the count. He has been playing in his LeBron XIII Elites. I like the clean color way of the red and black. D Lillard Draft Day Boost Review

This week will be a review on these D Lillard Draft Day Boost by Adidas. I have a mixed review on these bad boys so check it out.

Pros:

• Cost is only 115 which is not bad considering most signature shoes cost 150 and up
• Colors are nice and I like the theme of them "Draft Day"
• Boost Technology is comfortable in most areas
• Shoes are durable

Cons:

• Stiffness
• Fit of the heal seems a little off
• Laces do not stay tightened
• A little heavier than most basketball shoes

If you like adidas and are willing to try a new shoe I suggest you try these. Not sure if I should have went down a size or so but they fit loose in certain areas and tight in others. here are a few benefits I gathered from the Adidas website. You can try them for yourself. Probably on sale at major retailers right now considering it is almost the end of the basketball season.

The LeBron  11 low was dropped August 23rd 2014. It was a general release however it was only dropped at selected retail stores such as the House of Hoops, Nike Retail Stores and a few others. It actually was a part of a pack of three LeBron's that released which are shown below. LeBron loves to show off his style and this was a perfect way to do so. I call LeBron a Fashion King. He sets trends and also has a great eye for fashion. The NBA has become a fashion show due to the dress policy that was implemented years ago. I took the photo listed about with my Canon T5I a few weeks ago. I have become a portfolio of some of my favorite kicks.I have become a photographer over the past year. Many of my kicks are LeBron's, Jordan's and Air Max. You will see a hold of fire kicks that I rock every now and again. I am someone a hoarder when it comes to shoes. I have over 100 pair easily. I actually do not think that is a lot. I did have close to 250 until I started giving them away to kids in need.

Now lets dive in a little deeper into the shoe. I will give you three things that I like about the shoe and please reply if you like these are possibly have these shoes in your collection. Looking forward to hear from you all.
